Shadow AI is a business tool for monitoring AI spend. You may not use it to violate any laws or the terms of your AI provider agreements. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
Free accounts have limited features. Pro and Enterprise plans are billed monthly via Stripe. Cancellations take effect at the end of the billing period.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Shadow AI is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
We may update these terms with notice via email or in-app banner. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.
